Confidentiality Rules for SEOCOM Mobile

a. Users shall promptly report any suspected or actual breaches of confidentiality to Dirigex, including any unauthorized access or disclosure of Confidential Information.

7. Return or Deletion

a. Upon termination of use or upon request by Dirigex, Users shall promptly return or delete all copies of Confidential Information in their possession or control.

8. Duration

a. These confidentiality rules shall remain in effect for as long as Users have access to ‘SEOCOM Mobile’ and any associated Confidential Information.

9. Compliance with Laws

a. Users shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the protection of confidential information and intellectual property.

10. Agreement Acceptance

a. By using ‘SEOCOM Mobile,’ Users acknowledge and agree to abide by these confidentiality rules.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in legal action and termination of access to ‘SEOCOM Mobile.’
